Pam Nelson is a trauma-informed yoga therapist and certified IFS-informed EMDR therapist who specializes in helping survivors of childhood trauma who currently struggle with anxiety. Her mission and greatest passion is to help people access a state of peace in mind and body, reparent their wounded inner child, and reclaim this one, precious life to live through joy, rather than fear.
