
Lisa Roll
Lisa Roll, LPC, BC-DMT, RYT200 is a licensed mind/body therapist at Samaritan Counseling and Growth Center in Bartlesville, OK. She is a board-certified dance/movement therapist, trained in EMDR, and a certified yoga instructor. Lisa is known for her somatic embodied approach, helping individuals transform personal issues into meaningful insight and balancing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. She supports restoring the body as a place of safety, reclaiming self-worth and resilience, and offering loving compassion to oneself and to others.
Lisa offers creative methods for self-regulation through embodied practices, conscious breathwork, and mindful movement. Mindfulness is a state of being aware of one’s sensory experience, thoughts and feelings, and research shows it as being one of the most effective methods for regulating the nervous system and lowering anxiety and depression. The benefits include reducing stress hormones, promoting emotional stability, and improving mood.
Lisa leads retreats and classes on Embodied Practices and Relational Skills that calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and promote radiant well-being. She has presented at conferences and international settings, and she is passionate about sharing skills that increase day-to-day joy and easeful living.
