6:30  Opening ritual
9:00 Quiet Hours begin

 

7:00-9:00  Breakfast in silence
8:00  Meditation
10:00 Opportunity to help with some Forest Chores (optional)
Noon  Meditation
12:30  Lunch
1:30-4:30  Free Time
4:00  Meditation
5:30  Dinner
6:30  Blessing the Forest for the Sabbath
9:00  Quiet hours begin

Sunday

7:00-10:00  Breakfast (silence until 9 a.m.)
10:00  Closing Circle and locking the doors.

David is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church, as well as a Benedictine monk, as a member of the dispersed St. Brigid of Kildare monastery.
