Day of Zen

Attend the Day of Zen with the Tulsa Zen Sangha free of charge. This is a morning of silence with seated meditation, walking meditation, breaks, chanting, and sharing a wonderful meal provided by the Forest. 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
